Personal Yoga Coaching

Over the last 7 years, I've taught many group classes, and I've noticed that people feel wonderful while the classes are happening, but once they end, the practice quietly disappears.

Or they continue practising, yet never quite experience the clarity that yoga promises. I realised that this isn't because people lack discipline. It's because yoga was never meant to be one-size-fits-all.

The most meaningful progress I've witnessed has always happened when a student and teacher have the opportunity to work closely together, where there is space to understand your body, your breath, your habits, and the life you are living. A teacher can observe what you cannot see yourself and gently guide you towards a practice that feels your own

When you work with me, my aim isn’t to put you in advance postures. We begin by listening.

We first undo years of unconscious movement and postural habits that the body has quietly adapted to over time. Together we cultivate strength, mobility, and stability,

not to perform poses, but so your body begins to feel supported in everyday life.

From there, we turn to the breath.

Most of us assume we know how to breathe simply because we have been breathing our entire lives. Yet in the yogic tradition, breathing well is a discipline in itself. Through carefully chosen āsana and prāṇāyāma, we gradually remove the obstacles that prevent the breath from becoming effortless, and steady. This is an intimate process, one that can only unfold through careful observation and individual guidance.

As the body becomes steadier and the breath becomes quieter, meditation no longer feels like something to force. It becomes a natural extension of the practice.

Depending on your journey, we may also explore mantra and traditional meditation techniques that support this inward movement.

Our work together rests on four simple foundations:

1. Posture & Movement

2. Breath & Awareness

3. Balance & Vitality

4. Meditation & Inner Quiet

Everything I share has been received from my own teachers and shaped through years of study and personal practice. It is not a method I have invented,

but a tradition I have been fortunate enough to learn from and continue to study.

My hope is not simply to help you become more flexible or stronger, though those often come as welcome companions. My hope is that you leave with something far more valuable: an understanding of your own body, a friendship with your own breath, and the confidence to continue your practice long after our sessions together have ended. Because the real goal is not to make you dependent on a teacher, but to help you discover the teacher that already exists within you.
